Finding the right tenants can be a lot like holding talent auditions for reality TV. However, Renters Warehouse doesn’t use the "casting-call" approach to fill our homeowners’ residential real estate properties. We find the best tenants using first-in-class marketing and screening technology. As soon as you say “yes,” we go to work.

Our marketing strategy includes outreach through hundreds of websites ($400/month value). On average, we sign qualified, quality tenants in less than three weeks. After that, our Certified Tenant Match & Warranty Process kicks in:

  • We conduct a thorough background check on potential clients.
  • We prepare and assist with all inspections and leasing documentation.
  • We provide a 9-month tenant warranty on all managed placements. 

We guarantee our tenant placements: if any renter defaults for any reason, we provide additional tenant placement services for free.

Eviction Protection Plan *

Renters Warehouse is proud to say our eviction rate is less than 1% of all tenants placed each year. However, evictions can happen: our goal is to minimize costs and eliminate your frustrations when evictions do occur. Our affordable monthly plan means:

  • We handle all paperwork, documentation, inspections, and legal filings.
  • We meet with local law enforcement to serve papers.
  • We make trips to court and communicate with you throughout the entire process.
  • We handle any associated court and filing fees up to $800.
